Since yesterday Muslims are celebrating the #Ramadan. I know it is part of their culture, but is it healthy???

The benefits of fasting on health are many some of them are helping the human body purify and keep the diseases away like the digestive systems disorders, such as chronic stomachache, inflammation of the colon, liver diseases, indigestion, and conditions such as obesity, arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, asthma, diphtheria and many other maladies.
