loosing weight has some criteria to be achieved 1st you have to consider how old you are that the older you get the harder you loose weight second how and to what type of foods your body reacts like what makes you gain weight fast and what doesn't, third the kind of activity you are involved in every day like ,do you work out? just a house wife? it varies in calories you will base your diet on
forth do you need to loose weight from specific areas in your body or the whole lot together , fifth what kind of stress you are under because if it is too much it will make you in serious need for external and intensive help, just answer those questions honestly then you will be able to choose from tons of diet programs all over the web

Every food has a calorie value.Try to calculate the calorie values and leave the foods of high value.Like an egg has 350 cal. each.Check your BMI and then make diet plan.But be sure to consult a dietitian before choosing your diet plan.

well for me i have an easy way to lose weight which i use in summer, i wear sauna suit everyday and walk with it for around half an hour, and when i get home i'm always so sweaty
